They are dedicated to providing a high standard of custom horticultural maintenance solutions, landscape design and construction services, from conceptual designs and working drawings, to project management and installation as well as life like 3D rendering services! Pacifica’s company umbrella is comprised of three distinct lines of business for design, construction, and horticultural maintenance. Pacifica Design Group handles all of the innovative landscape design related processes, while Pacifica Landscape Works overseas the implementation of the designs. Pacifica Horticulture Group creates the custom horticultural maintenance programs for the residential and commercial strata complexes. Michael Bjorge’s roles specifically include overseeing all of the Landscape Designs, Inspecting the Landscape Maintenance sites bi-weekly, Project Managing the implementation of the designs, as well as Landscape Industry Consulting including the following; Independent Project Management, Expert Witness Services for dispute resolutions, Landscape Work-Site Inspections, and Investigative Work-Site Observer Services. This allows Pacifica to deliver targeted services within each business arena facilitating smooth transitions through all phases of the landscape design build process as well as detailed horticultural maintenance packages for strata complexes. All lines of business are operated under the passionate leadership of Michael Bjorge the Owner, and Principal Certified Landscape Designer. During Michael’s down-time he pursues his passion of landscape nature photography. Michael Bjorge is an Award Winning Master Fine Art Landscape Photographer. He has incorporated is Fine Art Prints as unique outdoor UV protected Art Installations, providing dramatic focal points in the gardens he designs. Pacifica is pleased to participate in and sponsor special events. Pacifica was a Gold Level sponsor of the Vintage Affair event at the Hazelmere Golf and Country Club, supporting multiple south Surrey and White Rock charities including the Peace Arch News Christmas Fund (assisting The Food Bank), the Mel Edwards Cardiac Rehabilitation Centre, the Atira Women’s Resource Society, Semiahmoo House Society, Peace Arch Community Services, White Rock Hospice and Semiahmoo Marine Rescue Society. Michaels Fine Art Photography Prints have also raised considerable amount of money for a number of charities including the Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation, Critter Care Wild Life Society, White Rock Pier Retrospective Fundraiser, and other community fund raising efforts.

Pacifica has also provided donations to the BC Guide Dogs Services. Pacifica’s owner, Michael Bjorge has also donated his time to the following associations and events: BC Landscape & Nursery Association (judge for landscape certification), CanWest Horticultural Show (volunteer), and VanDusen Garden Show (volunteer).

More recently Pacifica Landscape Works has provided an annual bursary for Kwantlen Polytechnic University to support a student in the Landscape Design Program.
